New Website Features and Account Updates

Great Lakes is in the process of migrating to a new information system to better manage our business. As part of this migration, we are merging some of the functionality of the "My Great Lakes" customer care portal into our main website.

Beginning on December 13, you will be able to track your Lab cases and Products orders directly through this website. Other functionality such as  "click to pay" invoicing is following right behind this update.

Instructions

  • If you have never used this Great Lakes website before, click here to setup an account. During the account setup process, you will be able to enter your telephone number to lookup your account. If multiple doctors are at the same practice, you will be able to select the appropriate account.
  • Once an account is established (or if you have an existing account), you can proceed to the customer login page and enter your email address and password.
  • Once logged in you will be taken to your customer dashboard. On the left hand menu you will see two links - "Open Order Tracking" and "Past Order Tracking". These links will allow you to view that information. Please review the FAQs below for more information on the availability of previous orders.

Q. If I have an existing account on this website that I use to order supplies or for laboratory pricing, do I need to create a new one? 

A. No! You will be able to see your Open and Past orders using that existing account.

 

Q. Will my login and password from the My Great Lakes customer portal work on this website?

A. Unfortunately not - you will need to create a new login and password for this website using the instructions above.

 

Q. Will my login and password from the Digital Upload Portal work on this website?

A. Unfortunately not - you will need to create a new login and password for this website using the instructions above.

 

Q. Why are all of these changes happening?

A.  Great Lakes is implementing new information systems to better manage our business. Our goal is to simplify your customer experience for the long term.

 

Q. Where are all of my past orders? I do not see history before December 10, 2021. 

A. Our new systems will not display historical orders prior to this date. If you need information, please contact us at 800.828.7626 and we can assist you.
